– SABI Somatics

Connecting Body & Mind

Our practice focuses on the mind-body connection, recognizing how emotions, thoughts, and past experiences are stored in the body. We offer a range of services, including Osteopathic Manual Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Somatic Experiencing Coaching, and mind-body workshops, designed to release tension, stress, and trauma.

Through therapeutic techniques such as breathwork, movement, mindfulness, and touch, our skilled therapists help clients process emotional experiences and restore balance. By addressing both the physical and psychological dimensions, we promote holistic well-being and support each individual's journey toward healing and integration.

Practitioners

  • Osteopath Practitioner

Danny’s journey into rehabilitation and movement therapy began with his own healing experience. After struggling with joint aches, muscle spasms, and nerve pain in his early 20s, he discovered the deeper complexities of movement dysfunction. His breakthrough came through Osteopathy, which transformed his body from pain and limitation to feeling spring-like and limitless.

He earned his Master’s in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and brings over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and physical therapist assistant. Danny empowers his patients through education, rehabilitative exercises, and manipulative therapy, helping restore vitality and confidence. His passion lies in guiding patients toward true resilience and thriving, not just surviving.
