Sabi Mind in Calgary is the first fully integrated psychedelic-assisted therapy clinic in Alberta, Canada – the province with the lowest mental-health ranking in the country, according to the Mental Health Index. Home to a team of psychiatrists, anaesthesiologists, therapists and other clinic staff specially trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, the Sabi Mind space was conceived to be conducive to healing. Solo Studio’s design fuses the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi (beauty in imperfection and impermanence) with residential cues like natural materials, diffused lighting and soft furniture to make visitors feel at home.
